Patient admission records include two early volumes giving name, occupation, religion, birthdate, years in the city, county, and state, parents' names, diagnosis, physician, treatment, and result, 1896-1903; remaining volumes give name, address, admission and discharge dates, age, physician, but no medical information, 1904-43. Patient ledgers record hospital charges by patient for board, medicines, x-ray, telephone, and other charges, 1899-1918.
